Okay, stepping into Wroclaw’s Christmas Market for the first time? Picture this: tons of twinkling lights, the sort of smell of cinnamon and pine that just screams holiday, and maybe happy faces as far as the eye can stretch. It’s set up in the Rynek, or main market square, as I understand, and parts of nearby streets, turning the center of the city into something from a movie. So, forget counting calories and treat yourself to Pierogi (dumplings), possibly stuffed with potatoes, cheese, and cabbage (there could be various fillings).
