The Walking Tour: A Stroll with Stories

The tour, still, basically started in one of Verona’s attractive main squares. I mean, I am sure it’s no surprise that the guide, or rather Elena, seemed truly enthusiastic, anyway sharing tales about the city. Now the best part? I thought, the little-known stories, often shared. For instance, Elena, might be right, pointed out some quirky little details on buildings that, in a way, you would almost definitely miss if you just strolled past by yourself. Inside the Verona Arena: A Step Back in Time

Inside the Arena, Elena really painted a vivid picture of, it’s almost, the ancient gladiatorial combats, and the grand shows that unfolded right there. Also, hearing about the structure’s building techniques used so long ago really gave one that awesome sense of just how great that history actually is. Yet, there really wasn’t some, what do you call it, rushed kind of vibe, like with certain tours. Still, we were given that, right, sufficient time to soak in just everything.
