Top French Riviera Views: A Helpful Guide
Okay, so, have you ever imagined visiting a place where the sea is a sparkling, almost unreal kind of blue and the sky just stretches on forever? Very likely you’re thinking about the French Riviera, a place that, really, just looks like it’s been painted by some incredible artist. It is that good. You, like your fellow travelers, are likely drawn here by the tales and postcards showing those awesome coastal scenes, aren’t you? Very understandably. We’re going to have a look at some of the most fabulous spots, ones that, very honestly, you won’t soon forget, and get you all set to take your own unbelievable photos. Anyway, get ready to experience what France has to offer.
Èze: A Medieval Village with a View
Èze is just a great village perched super high up on a hill, and, at the end of the day, it is basically a place where history feels alive, alright? Too it’s almost like stepping back in time when you’re roaming those twisting little stone streets. In fact, the real showstopper here, might be, is the view from the Exotic Garden at the very top. It really costs a little bit to get in, yet honestly? That stunning view that stretches over the Riviera coastline is, clearly, worth every penny. You see the bright blue Mediterranean Sea meet the distant mountains and honestly? You just feel…well, pretty small in the grand scheme of it all. I mean it. So if you like, try and go early or later in the afternoon. It might be less crowded that way and it’ll almost give you some more space to enjoy those amazing views without quite so many folks around. It’s seriously breathtaking.
Cap Ferrat: Luxury and Natural Beauty
Now, Cap Ferrat is this super posh peninsula, alright? It’s seriously where you find some unbelievable villas and, that is that, some super well-kept secret gardens. But it’s actually not only about expensive things; like your average person, you can actually walk the coastal path around the entire cape and honestly, you won’t regret a single step. You might start at the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat harbor and then, well, simply follow the signs for the coastal walk. Really, it’s fairly flat in spots, pretty easy going. So in some respects it’s perfect if you fancy taking it easy, even a little. Also, you get views of the cliffs, the sea, and some totally gorgeous villas from angles you usually, often, just can’t see from the road. Keep an eye out too it’s almost because the light here? It can be unbelievable. So if you have the time, that is that, stick around till the sun is beginning to set because wow, it’s special.
Monaco: Glamour from Above
Okay, Monaco… That really means high-end cars, alright? The casinos you’ve probably heard of and, in a way, unbelievable harbor views. Very understandably. For possibly one of the seriously best views, well, make your way up to the Jardin Exotique. Also it has like, every kind of cactus ever but that is that it’s pretty beside the point when there are crazy views on tap. As a matter of fact it sits really high up and kinda looks over the whole city so you kinda see all the way to Italy on one side. And that’s very exciting. Very. You also see the unbelievable architecture and the harbor where the yachts? Are like, bigger than houses, and honestly, they look unbelievably cool in pictures. Make sure you kinda take your camera because you are seriously going to have something to show to others. Really do.
Gourdon: An Eagle’s View
Want to see something, anyway, super amazing a little bit inland? Alright. You’re gonna need to get to Gourdon. That, well, is yet another amazing medieval village sitting up seriously high in the mountains. First, roam through those narrow streets, maybe grab a treat or two from some shop, and soak up that vibe that seems almost forgotten, just slightly. But the special stuff comes once you make your way towards the edge of the village that overlooks the Loup Valley. In reality, you could well feel as though you are sitting on top of that planet up there and seeing for miles. So, too it’s almost consider stopping here when it’s getting late; so, clearly, the sunsets seen from Gourdon are likely truly epic, bathing that entire valley with some pretty unbelievable shades of orange and pink. Also it is incredibly something to see, if you can imagine it, right?
Saint-Paul-de-Vence: Art and Vistas
You heard anything, really, of an artists’ hub that also, is that, has totally glorious views? So, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, anyway, is the spot. Okay, it is honestly overflowing with art galleries and ateliers, yet you can experience so many really excellent views simply walking on the ancient ramparts. First, those walls aren’t only historical; well they provide a completely elevated viewpoint to really look across the countryside rolling all the way down towards that shore. Now, like your fellow Instagrammers you may be very delighted because the mix of old stone buildings with those expansive distant views that might, just maybe, be captured from pretty much every angle possible and trust me that is pretty stunning. And that may be something to keep you busy for an afternoon. Very probably it will be, very very probably.
Corniche Roads: Driving with a View
Okay, are you, like, seriously up for something beyond settling down at some lookout point, sort of? Very naturally, that means doing something like, driving along those Corniche roads. Honestly these roads are honestly those scenic routes that hug that coast and kinda offer continuous unbelievable viewpoints, as a matter of fact. Very. By the way, the Grande Corniche is likely that highest road, right, and as a matter of fact, gives you wide reaching perspectives and wow, that is honestly something else. La Moyenne Corniche, also, goes through Èze (so that’s two birds, one stone sort of), but might be somewhat as beautiful; really it isn’t very dissimilar. Anyway, it doesn’t kinda climb quite so high. To tell the truth the Basse Corniche follows the coastline incredibly closely. But by the way this allows you to see spots directly by the shore and is in some respects awesome too. Now you choose. Basically that driving means you get somewhat to experience some many angles with only kinda having to pull over every few minutes and kinda drink it all in.
