If you are looking to learn more about the secrets from real Italian grandmothers, maybe you should visit Tramonti, that hilltop spot on the Amalfi Coast, as a cooking class in that place, too, seems a very interesting plan. I recently tried out “Tramonti Traditions,” that Mediterranean Diet Cooking Class, and let me share my experience – with all the wonderful smells and sights from the area, but first, maybe we should explore what made me decide to experience all this.

After all, the opportunity seemed a charming idea: that chance for me to be more acquainted with food than just as a customer. I have always loved cooking, but the idea that I can understand all that stands behind Mediterranean dishes had a true attraction for me. That “Tramonti Traditions” class claimed a practical, from-the-origin experience that could give people ability, maybe just like your’s, to recreate tastes from the Amalfi Coast in our personal kitchens. And yes, to get all those wonderful recipes. Maybe to impress family and friends with newly acquired know-how…well, that might also prove tempting. A cooking class felt that ideal addition to getting the hang from Italy, going more deeply than normal traveler encounters.

What to anticipate From the Class
