The Humble Administrator’s Garden, admittedly, is a must-see, and it’s like wandering in a bit of traditional Chinese scenery art. It really won’t just be a green getaway but, in a way, it can teach about garden layout; that’s the yin and yang and feng shui, and that kind of stuff.

Day 5: Suzhou’s Gardens and Departure

Spend your last day going rather into Suzhou. So you’re into silk? Visiting the Suzhou Silk Factory gives the feeling that it’s almost seeing the stuff made from scratch, alright? Maybe get some scarves for folks back at home. Now that you’re on a cultural vibe, in a way, have a shot at the Suzhou Museum; its style has been done by I.M. Pei.
