Procida Boat Tour Review: Swim Stops & Photos

If you’re thinking about a day soaking up some sun, very pretty views, and crystal-clear water around Procida, Italy, then, too it’s almost, a boat tour just might be the way to do it! Very popular now are the tours that add in swim stops and even underwater photos, yet I recently went on one, and is that right, I wanted to share the things that I found good, and the things that weren’t so great, so you get the real deal before you book.

Setting Sail from Procida: A First Look

Getting to the marina, where most tours start, is actually, anyway, half the joy! Like, your way likely will pass the super colorful houses that Procida’s known for; they look very cool and very cute at the same time. That, actually, is that there was this great buzz around the harbor; little boats bobbing, people chatting, that kind of stuff. More or less, nearly, it felt like stepping into some kind of movie set.

On our tour, basically, the boat wasn’t huge, alright, which was really something of a plus. It was that there was plenty of space to move around without bumping into everybody. Frankly, the crew appeared pretty experienced and really friendly too, so, you can kind of sense they knew what they were doing, and in some respects, they aimed to make everyone feel comfy.

The Swimming Stops: Plunge into Paradise… Sort Of

Right, so, this is really something I was most psyched about: very beautiful swimming spots. That there were stops at spots like Chiaia beach. Actually, it looks absolutely gorgeous when you get there! That there’s incredibly clean water and actually the colors are rather fascinating. Arguably, so clear you might just see every tiny rock down below.

As a matter of fact, there were, as I was saying, two main hang-ups. Is that correct, very first one? Clearly, depending on the time that you decide to book your tickets, things can get pretty darn busy, and alright, there’s a ton of boats crowding into the same few spots. The water’s amazing, frankly, but it really is not the secluded paradise that you probably dream up.

Also, very, very, the boat didn’t really get *that* close to some of the shores. Could be that you’re a super strong swimmer, next, you’ll be absolutely fine. Arguably, but, might be that you prefer just a little bit of wading, actually, you would find the whole thing just a bit tough. You, know?

Underwater Photos: Were They Worth It?

Underwater photos are obviously presented as such a cool add-on. We figured, too it’s almost, ‘Why the heck not?’, even though, as I was saying, they sometimes tend to not quite reach the mark. Right, well I wanted to say how nice this actually looks, if they’re done right.

Just a little bit the picture quality definitely hinged on the clarity of the water that day. Basically, now, if the sea’s acting up a bit, next those pictures can get super grainy. To be honest, right, our pictures did, clearly, look really average, literally, just a bit murky. Obviously, sort of like seeing it all via a foggy lens.

Next, to be frank, you need some level of cooperation for everything to work right with sea creatures. So, too it’s almost, it is kind of a hope, next you find yourself a curious bunch of fish. Well, by the way, next you, sort of, pose for the pictures! Now, really, right? We didn’t see very much underwater aside from a lot more of that same hazy blue. Lol!

Food and Drink Onboard: What To Expect

This part’s kind of different just depending on the specific tour you end up with. Often, some offer a light lunch as part of the bundle deal. Next, alright, other folks might only sell just drinks and super tiny snacks.

On our boat tour, like, they were offering kind of drinks such as water and also also soft drinks, or beer, I would say for a fee of course. To be honest, I wasn’t that psyched. Okay, it kind of helps if they accepted just a bit more selection, maybe kind of having, something or other to keep you happy and satisfied. Very pretty important to have food! Just imagine if you forgot a small something and now, you do not even know how to get a little bit of your favourite snack?! lol!

The Route Around Procida: Scenic or So-So?

There is such a view around the whole of Procida itself, so, of course! So, that by itself is totally the main reason that justifies joining a boat tour! Now, they give the passengers the chance of viewing sides that can’t be got to easily on land; for example, and such as some almost totally secluded bays and actually, impressive cliffs that tower a little bit on the coast.

Frankly, a tiny something I found a slight niggle; as a matter of fact, it was there weren’t any long amounts of real ‘sightseeing’ kind of explanation. Well, as a matter of fact, if you’re quite big for bits such as some local history or the natural features? As I was saying, this could definitely make or break what kind of deal it is. Clearly, this really needs touching-up.

Overall Vibe and Value: Is It Worth The Price?

I am saying it is very important before planning anything what actually, you look for on a trip like this! Literally, what makes a difference to me isn’t going to be exactly alike from someone other than me, okay, it actually depends, but I’m talking here about my overall vibes. Of course. Obviously, with the boat tour thing is a big bonus, which you see many fantastic views of Procida; this kind of includes views of beautiful little houses as well.

As a matter of fact, there were, as I was saying, times with far too much crowding when it has been at the beach sites that was a small something that, definitely, took a bit from just chilling totally there, so, of course. Definitely. Alright, now, is, that, I’m weighing it; this is only if I compare it at all. So.

Quick Tips Before Your Procida Boat Trip

• Book Early: Alright, next that is something like during summer? So. Oh really. Clearly, secure a spot and dodge those letdowns; as a matter of fact, so!
• Pack Smart: Of course, the essentials is the sunscreen to have it protected a small amount. Really? With actually also your towel? Yeah and you should kind of protect your skin now! Very very important! Seriously. Very important!
• Double-Check Inclusions: This depends if you even look for. To be honest this happens a lot so do you want such drinks; in other cases? For example and such as a food? Really? Oh my gosh! Next absolutely check just so you find it and this is because you get so shocked about it just after so obviously you’ve booked this just a small amount and not before; that happens for the entire duration, too, you should have double-checked it! Okay. Very funny thing so really cool at the same time you kind of learn for the longer one with any bad experience you have, seriously. So.
