Right, we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, so, too it’s almost, we didn’t have to worry about public transport or taxis, so that we could properly zone out. In that case, if you just want a taste of the pyramids, without getting into, like your, more, rather, complicated or long day trips, it does the trick really nicely.

The Cons: What You Might Miss

A, like your, half-day tour comes with its compromises, obviously, mainly connected to how much time you, sort of, get, like your. First off, exploring inside the pyramids is virtually out of the question, so if you really wanted to creep around inside the structures, you, literally, won’t get to on this kind of trip. Really getting the chance to explore some tombs or further areas probably needs way more time. The pace really can be a little frenetic and you might get a little overwhelmed; you, really, only have, slightly, a few moments at each place, you know, and there is always lots of people around trying to sell stuff or offer camel rides; maybe mentally prepare yourself! Alright, the full intensity of this trip in general requires a great level of endurance so that is something to consider.

Is It Worth It? Our Final Thoughts

Really, if that, like your, time is tight and seeing the pyramids is on your bucket list, then this whirlwind tour can, arguably, work, alright. We were glad we went, is that, because seeing such an iconic sight is truly remarkable, even with all the hustle and bustle and squeezing. At the end of the day you do need to realize it is a very, very, brief glimpse. Should you have a spare day, exploring at, maybe, a slower pace, perhaps getting inside one of the pyramids, is possibly worth taking over this tour if you are keen to get up close and appreciate it. The “worth it” part completely is dependent on what you’re after.
