Even if, in some respects, you are not all that religious, you just might admire the craftsmanship that went into building something this majestic. Now, you have got to pop over to the Government Palace, basically. Just across the way. It might not appear that spectacular from the outside. However, its interior patios and murals? You are going to love that it shows San Luis Potosi’s story through these giant, colorful paintings, arguably. Anyway, that offers a visual history class, for example, and, it could be, it does not cost a dime to walk around. In other words, bonus!

A Stroll Down Calle Hidalgo

From the Plaza, so take a leisurely stroll down Calle Hidalgo. What you are going to get is that this pedestrian street provides an interesting peek into local commerce and daily life. Not because San Luis Potosi is particularly unsafe. However, in crowded places anywhere, staying vigilant is, as a matter of fact, a good idea.

Exploring the Museo Regional Potosino

Now, if your kind of thing is that you dig learning more about the history of a place, well the Museo Regional Potosino is, seemingly, a must. Just a little walk from the Plaza de Armas, I felt that this museum really delivered a solid review of the area’s past through a lot of artifacts and exhibits. You know that, too, from pre-Hispanic times through the colonial era and on into today, is that it has a good look? One of the museum’s most compelling draws is that, it might be its collection of archaeological finds, that. Plenty of places, like sidewalk cafes. So too, I find are nice choices, as a matter of fact. Arguably to just relax while watching the city buzz around you, that is what I would call a life hack. In other words, be aware that even though the downtown part of the city might appear to be very safe. Still, is it important that you remain aware of your environment, even at night, so. Also stay in nicely lit and populated areas for, like, comfort, really.
