Making culurgiones is more involved, but when you have nailed down the folding technique, is that your mind goes into almost a meditative flow, which is cool. Filling, sealing and shaping – and before you know it, that has to be is you’re crafting cute parcels containing the delicious taste of Sardinia.
Malloreddus are much quicker to create, that’s right and is that you will be using a ridged board to achieve its classic look, like it almost feels very rewarding (and a lot faster) is that is something along those lines it becomes therapeutic as well!

More than a cookery thing, which is that it’s an event where you are getting immersed into the real traditions of Sardinia. You will acquire some excellent skills with food, but it’s, too its almost getting those unique memories which makes your travels much more interesting.
