What to Eat: Classic Route 66 Diner Food

Route 66 and tasty diner grub just, actually, sort of, naturally, go hand-in-hand. As I was saying, prepare for big servings and familiar flavors which bring comfort and some nostalgia, if that’s something you have. In my personal, you know, tour, I enjoyed a fantastic burger from, you know, one of these old, classic diners; to be honest the patty, you see, was juicy, with, sort of, fresh toppings, and that that bun, sort of, was slightly toasted and that I was not expecting that it to be, and, actually, all that was served with a side filled with crispy fries. I had that yummy milkshake that added, like, this sweet and refreshing finish, just a little bit. The menus also included those typical dishes that you could imagine of Americana, something like hot dogs, sandwiches and apple pie. It’s not the food, though, it’s like this unique eating-in type experience itself that turns that into something very memorable, so keep an open mind.
