Obviously I am no engineer! Even then, a person gets sufficient insight into what seems like one of the most impressive structures imaginable. And so on.

One other part about Chand Baori very few people talk about is the heat. Rajasthan, still it is not known for it’s Arctic regions! Take plenty of water to drink, for example, because, without it, your head very much might begin to explode. Okay, maybe not literally.

Lunch and the Return Trip

After exploring Chand Baori stepwell, the tour typically includes lunch at a resort not so far away, sort of. Typically, this will often consist of a buffet with a mixture of Rajasthani along with standard Indian dishes. Just the thing, really. The food is generally alright – not fine dining but, more or less filling, in a way. I will say that the chance to sit somewhere cool plus enjoy an ice cold drink was seriously welcome by this point!

Post-lunch, it’s the long haul back to Jaipur. With me personally I found the ride rather tiring because of the early start combined with the heat plus activities throughout the day, clearly.
